In line with PUMM’s vision of recognising Role Models in the Country, the Award is to recognise the nation’s exceptional companies, corporations and enterprises of which we can emulate to build successful businesses from. PUMM has also an award recognising our own outstanding members, the Role Model Awards for individuals, which further aligns to the Role Model theme adapted by PUMM.
To qualify for the Role Model Enterprise Awards and Star Role Model Enterprise Awards, nominees and applicants had submitted their respective nominations and are now evaluated and selected by our panel of advisors who shall then recommend to us the name of winners after a stringent process. Iconic Role Model Enterprise Award recipients are then invited by the advisors based on their qualification and reputation. The difference of classification is dependant on the locality of businesses. Role Model Awards are awarded to those with a local presence. Star Role Model are for those who has expended further to other states and Iconic Role Model are those who has upgraded their company in an international scale.
With unique ideas and invigorating concepts, this recognition is dedicated to successful companies proven to be at the top of their game, the driving force behind the engine of economic growth in Malaysia. Winners are awarded based on the criteria of creating innovative products and services, stimulating new employment opportunities, and promoting social change through entrepreneurship.
Recipients will be honored in a unique recognition ceremony during the Malaysia Role Model Enterprise Awards Gala Dinner. All recipients will also be awarded a uniquely designed Malaysia Role Model Enterprise Awards trophy and a commensurate booklet celebrating the success of the inaugural Malaysia Role Model Enterprise Awards.
