【PUMM Penang Hosts Dynamic 4-IN-1 Event, Uniting Entrepreneurs Through Business Sharing and Cultural Experiences】

On 23th June 2023, the Malaysian Entrepreneurs Association of Malaysia (PUMM) organized a captivating 4-IN-1 event in Penang, combining business sharing, cultural immersion, and culinary delights. On the first day, PUMM Central Committee held the 8th Central Committee Meeting (CCM) at PUMM PG Entrepreneurs Home.

During the meeting, the Central Committee approved several significant matters, including guidelines for Letters and Events as Support, Collaboration & Partnership, Social Media Operations, Rental of Premises for the Secretariat Office, Hiring of Executive Secretary for State Liaisons, and Funeral and Congratulatory Notices.

At the same time, PUMM members visited Ghee Hiang, a renowned heritage pastry factory. In the evening, they embarked on a yatch trip to HLY Ocean Aquaculture, relishing unlimited fresh seafood and exploring an aquaculture farm. The yatch trip featured a highlight session called ‘Art in Life,’ where PUMM Penang State Advisor, Dato Ch’ng Huck Theng shared valuable entrepreneurial insights. Holding multiple roles, including Executive Director of Ghee Hiang and Chairman of various associations, Dato Ch’ng enriched the attendees’ knowledge during the business sharing session.

During his sharing, he emphasized the three essential pillars of life: demand, supply, and products. He emphasized that individuals themselves are their most significant personal brand, and building their self-worth is paramount. In addition, the event welcomed Cheng Zhee Long, who shared his inspiring story. He extended an invitation to 300 entrepreneurs to participate in the “ZL Ultramarathon,” a 12-hour super marathon challenge. Zhee Long’s goal is to set a record for the highest number of participating entrepreneurs and apply for inclusion in the Malaysian Book of Records.

The second day featured a visit to Wong Durians Farm, a renowned durian plantation, where attendees savored various durian varieties and sampled local delicacies, immersing themselves in Penang’s rich culinary heritage. The event brought together entrepreneurs from various states, fostering stronger connections and relationships within the association.

PUMM’s 4-IN-1 event successfully created opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect, learn, and appreciate the cultural and gastronomic treasures of Penang. PUMM extends its utmost gratitude to Chairman Chang Kai Deng and the organizing team for their exceptional efforts in making the event a success.

【青创会槟城联委会举办四合一活动，融汇商业分享与文化体验】

2023年6月23日至24日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）在槟城举办了一场引人入胜的四合一盛会，将商业分享、文化融入和美食盛宴巧妙结合。首日，青创会于青创会槟城企业之家举行了第八次中央理事会议。

在会议中，全体中央理事通过了几项重要的指导方针。这些指南涵盖了多个方面，包括信函与活动作为支持、合作和伙伴关系的指南，社交媒体与社区管理方法，租用总部企业之家注意事项，州行政秘书的聘用指南，以及悼念和祝贺公告指南。这些决定反映了理事会确保高效沟通、促进合作伙伴关系和维护专业精神的承诺。

与此同时，青创会会员们还参观了拥有160年历史的义香有限公司 Ghee Hiang。傍晚时分，与会者登上游艇驶往HLY Ocean Aquaculture，畅享无限海鲜盛宴，同时探索水产养殖场的工业化流程。游艇上举办了一场名为 “艺看人生” 的企业分享会，青创会槟城州联委会顾问拿督庄学腾，为与会者分享了宝贵的创业见解。拿督庄学腾身兼多重职务，他是义香的执行董事，同时也是多个协会的主席，他的分享为与会者带来了丰富的知识财富。

他在分享中强调了生活的三个核心要素：需求、供应和产品。他说，个人本身就是最重要的个人品牌，建立自我价值至关重要。此外，活动还邀请了曾志龙先生分享他的励志故事。他邀请三百位企业家参加 “志龙杯”，一场为期12小时的超级马拉松挑战赛，计划申请列入大马记录大全。

第二天，与会者参观了著名榴莲园 Wong Durians Farm，品尝各类榴莲品种和当地的美食佳肴，沉浸在槟城丰富多样的烹饪文化中。此次盛会汇聚了来自各州的企业家，加强了协会内部的联系和交流。青创会槟州四合一活动为企业家们创造了难忘的体验，促进了彼此的联系、学习和文化交流。青创会向筹委会主席张凯登和全体筹委会表达深切的谢意，感激他们的协调安排为与会者提供了难忘的体验。
