【MRMR National Roadshow 007: Penang Entrepreneurs Sharing and Press Conference】

The Malaysian Entrepreneurs Development Association (PUMM) successfully launched the 7th National Roadshow and Press Conference in Penang on 30th May 2023. Mr. Melbans Ooi, the Organizing Chairman of MRMR National Roadshow 007, expressed his gratitude to the media and guests for their support during the press conference. The roadshow featured three distinguished speakers: KD Chang, Kate Ma, and Jeslyn Thoe.

KD Chang, who was also awarded the 2021 PUMM Role Model Recognition, shared insights into his business philosophy titled ‘The Framework Determines the Outcome’. Kate Ma shared her personal experiences in the business world, emphasizing that ‘There are no wasted steps in life, every step counts’. Jeslyn Thoe offered a unique perspective and spoke about ‘If flowers bloom, butterflies come’.

At the press conference, Mr. Alec Ooi, the PUMM Penang State Liaison Chairman, delivered a speech, expressing his hope that more entrepreneurs from Northern Malaysia and Penang could actively on participating in activities on the platform of the PUMM. He encouraged them to engage in exchanges with other members and expand their networks. On the entrepreneurial journey, everyone is encouraged and motivated together to become outstanding entrepreneurs recognized throughout Malaysia.

Mr. Tan Lay Seong, the National President of PUMM, highlighted the major achievements of PUMM in recent years, particularly the benefits provided to SMEs. These achievements inspired the establishment of the PUMM 8 Directions and served as the motivation for organizing this award.

Mr. Nelson Beh, the PUMM Deputy President and Organizing Chairman of the ‘PUMM 30th Anniversary cum Central Committee Installation & 2023 Role Model Recognition Night,’ presented detailed information regarding the award, including its categories, selection criteria, and nomination process. The award consists of three categories: Role Model, Star Role Model, and Iconic Role Model. It aims to recognize and commend individuals, organizations, and successful corporate leaders who have exhibited outstanding performance and achievements in their respective professions or fields.

【2023年马来西亚楷模人物表扬全国第七站巡回路演：槟州企业家分享会及新闻发布会】

2023年5月30日，马来西亚创业促进会（青创会；PUMM）槟城联委会在槟城办了 “2023年马来西亚楷模人物表扬” 全国第七站的巡回路演企业家分享会与会员聚会和记者会。

全国巡回路演和新闻发布会槟城站筹委会主席黄裕良致欢迎辞，并对媒体和嘉宾的支持表示感谢。这场路演也盛情邀请了三位楷模人物企业家来为槟城和北马的会员朋友们分享创业心得，使每个人都能收获益良多，其楷模故事将成为年轻一代的启示，激励大家追求自己的梦想，激发年轻人的创业热情，推动培养更多的楷模人物。

在发布会上，槟城州联委会州主席黄玟豪致辞，希望更多的北马和槟州企业家能够在青创会的平台里积极的参与活动，与其他会员交流，拓展人脉。在创业的道路上，大家共同鼓励和勉励，成为在全马各地备受认可的杰出企业家。
